Jordan Cooper was fantastic from start to finish. There was a bit of disappointing on the day of collection, I signed the car away and drove off, had a phone call after 30 minutes, saying I may need a break take my car back, very disappointing.

The only negative is the booking process. Didn't receive any form of confirmation when I booked online, and I couldn't speak to a person when I called to check booking. The call back was received within the 45 min stated on the voicemail, however.

Getting a hold of the team to book my service was very hard work as I prefer talking to someone over the phone and when I did WhatsApp them it took them 4 days to respond. But once it did finally get booked in the team was ok.

When we dropped our car off we were asked if we wanted it cleaned and we said but it wasn't done and we asked to be able to pick it up at 1pm and was told yes but didn't get it back until 2.45pm

After having my Mini MOT and health check at Sytner Wolverhampton, car flew through the MOT only thing commented was the air freshener. Then to have a call from service department to say the car needed over £2000 of work. upselling in my opinion.

This message was sent to the wrong number , I was charged £200 for a job not done and thenhastled over method of retund. Car was forgotten, not collected on time needed 2 reminders.
