The experience level at Mini has been fantastic in the past. On this occasion everything seemed hard work and like an inconvenience. From checking in at reception to chasing up on for outcomes.

Below adverage service. £571 for a service and you checked every aspect of the car to try and upsell anything that needs fixing but then cba to even put air in the tyres when the light was on.

Very likely. It was very easy to book my car in for its required works. The Service Advisor I was assigned (Rosie) was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and attentive. The customer service was perfect and faultless.
