I was completely satisfied with my experience at the MINI Centre. I felt informed and supported every step of the way, and the attention to detail was impeccable. Overall, it was a seamless and enjoyable experience.

The handover started smoothly but took an embarrassing turn during the big reveal. As I pulled back the cover, I was completely shocked-Mini had presented me with the wrong car! I was swiftly escorted outside to the carpark where my actual Mini was.

It was not a service, my mini is 18 months and washer stopped working, however, this wasn't covered under warranty which I was surprised about.

I booked my car in for a Major Service. The operator told me that he'd also book it in for the EGR recall. I'd taken a day off work. On arrival i was told only the recall could be done so my car still needs a service. Service quote & video not sent.

I am still waiting for a refund for being overcharged for my service. It's bad enough being overcharged, but you still haven't corrected the error and I am left out of pocket!
