Daniel was great to deal with, he was very welcoming and informative and was always happy to answer any queries. He kept us up to date weekly and took a lot of time to explain instructions on operating the new car. Thank you Daniel.

Good service however there was a dent in the vehicle that wasn't picked up prior to handover, but this is being resolved promptly. This is the only reason why I haven't given 5 stars.

Jordan Cooper was fantastic from start to finish. There was a bit of disappointing on the day of collection, I signed the car away and drove off, had a phone call after 30 minutes, saying I may need a break take my car back, very disappointing.

Excellent service. I was clearly shown the different options for the countryman and prices. Jordan helped me go through different specs of the car to see what wills be affordable for me and very kindly agreed to keep the car until I could collect it.

Took to long to tell me what was going on with the mot nothing wrong in the end the machine was not right .

The only negative is the booking process. Didn't receive any form of confirmation when I booked online, and I couldn't speak to a person when I called to check booking. The call back was received within the 45 min stated on the voicemail, however.

Getting a hold of the team to book my service was very hard work as I prefer talking to someone over the phone and when I did WhatsApp them it took them 4 days to respond. But once it did finally get booked in the team was ok.

When we dropped our car off we were asked if we wanted it cleaned and we said but it wasn't done and we asked to be able to pick it up at 1pm and was told yes but didn't get it back until 2.45pm

After having my Mini MOT and health check at Sytner Wolverhampton, car flew through the MOT only thing commented was the air freshener. Then to have a call from service department to say the car needed over £2000 of work. upselling in my opinion.

I have awarded 2 points because the service I received was poor -20 min wait to handover and to collect, service took all day, the car was not handed over just keys given back, the car was not washed, vacuumed or cleaned despite a massive £685 charge

Car had to be kept overnight and wasnt ready until 2.30pm the next day, a quarter of a tank of fuel had been used! The passenger door hadn't been closed properly and flung open on the ring road causing me to have to stop and put hazards on to shut it

Took my car in for a service, it was valeted while there. My car mats were removed and never put back in. I have tried multiple times to contact the branch to only be able to leave a message for call back. Nothing so far.

The level of communication was extremely poor. There was no explanation given for the very long wait for the car to be MOTd although that was not the basis on which the appointment had been made.
