Excellent service. I was clearly shown the different options for the countryman and prices. Jordan helped me go through different specs of the car to see what wills be affordable for me and very kindly agreed to keep the car until I could collect it.

Dan at Wolverhampton gave excellent customer service from our first meeting to collection of our new car. He gave a great handover highlighting all the key functions of the car and was even able to get a registration with my initials on. Thanks Dan!

Took my car in for a service, it was valeted while there. My car mats were removed and never put back in. I have tried multiple times to contact the branch to only be able to leave a message for call back. Nothing so far.

Car had to be kept overnight and wasnt ready until 2.30pm the next day, a quarter of a tank of fuel had been used! The passenger door hadn't been closed properly and flung open on the ring road causing me to have to stop and put hazards on to shut it

When you ring up nobody to answer your call to book service then 3 hrs later call back but by which time lunch over so not able to take call silly idea . Then when girl does call she is useless is that enough

The level of communication was extremely poor. There was no explanation given for the very long wait for the car to be MOTd although that was not the basis on which the appointment had been made.

Dashcam not reconnected after service. Resulting in driving home without cover if evidence needed
