Daniel was great. Very friendly and knowledgeable when I was making my selection and helped with the motability process. He kept me updated throughout the whole process and delivery time.

Dan was absolutley fantastic...We hired a mobility car for my daughter...He was so kind and helpful. We even came away with Spike the dog which my daughter loved!!!!! A+ and some. Fantastic customer service. Thank you Dan, you were awesome!!!!!

Very happy with the service that was given to me regarding my purchase of Mini Aceman. This has now been my fourth Mini and I hope I love this car has much has my last countryman. Everything was explained by the sales person and there was no rush.

Initial meeting was with Jo who went through everything regarding the purchase of my new mini. She kept me informed of the progress and made the hand over all very smooth and easy. Claire was also available for advice on any extra covers available.

I do not understand or appreciate that a person does not take calls. Totally automated & practically impossible to speak to a person. I asked for collection am. I was told 3pm, then 4pm then definitely 5pm. Almost 6pm when vehicle ready. Expensive

When I arrived I was told I wasn't booked in, however upon providing proof of my service booking, this still went ahead which was great. What wasn't so great was not having a valet service done as there were no workers on site which I felt was poor.

I was disappointed to see that the Mini dealership has been integrated into the BMW building. I did not realise that this had happened and it does not have the same independent feel anymore. The staff in the centre were helpful and polite however.

Took time to listen to my concerns and found cars that matched my specific requirements. Did not feel pressured for a decision and allowed time to return home to consider. The new car was prepared and made ready for collection the same day.

Completely satisfied with the excellent customer service on the day when I took my car in. Could not have been better. Dissatisfied with the booking service which was difficult, time consuming and not very responsive. Nearly made me book elsewhere
