Great welcome and easy going along with options looked at to find the right model. All staff were very nice. I do feel the dealership needs refreshing and no cars to look at inside seems weird as the space is surrendered to rows and rows of desks.

Car wash was booked when I dropped off the car, but it was not completed. It seems the advisor forgot to manage my service entirely until I went to the reception at 4:30 pm to follow up. After that, the team rushed to carry out the service.

Brought my car in for a £600 + job. Was asked if I'd like a wash and vac. Picked the car up in the dark and realised the next morning it hadn't been done. Also noticed a new mark on my car. Phoned and left a message to be called back. No one did.

I'm completely satisfied because the warranty which came with the car proved to be accurate and honest. Rosie was exceptionally polite, very welcoming and kept me well informed about the vehicle's faults and updates. Absolutely no complaints.

I arrived bang on 8am but wasn't seen until at least 8.15 , given courtesy car key and had to hunt it down myself in car park , car was dirty inside/out . Told car be ready 3-330pm but had to chase at 4.30pm and told car is ready so had been ready

Excellent service from Joanne, friendly, responsive, efficient and very knowledgeable. The automate customer service line is frankly on a par with HMRC for how bad it is at getting you through to a person.
