From initial enquiry the experience was great. Never felt we were pushed into any decisions on extras. Great to have the app keeping me up to date on the production. Great experience on collection too

The car was not repaired on the day of the repair works due to issues within your organisation. It had to be completed the next day. All very inconvenient to me. However, to be fair I was loaned a vehicle.
