Excellent service from Joanne, friendly, responsive, efficient and very knowledgeable. The automate customer service line is frankly on a par with HMRC for how bad it is at getting you through to a person.

Arranging service was frustrating. Unable to book directly, online I kept getting 'error 404' message. what's app feature didn't work. Left message & someone returned call, but I like to speak to someone directly to book a service. Please re-instate

No one told me that the garage had moved

They cancelled my fist appointment due to a family emergency and then had my car all day on the second appointment just to tell me they were not able to do the work. I was not the only customer to have this experience. Presume it was down to recalls

Kept updated about service and MOT throughout the day. Car collection delayed one hour which was totally acceptable as extra work needed doing. Car was not cleaned and not mentioned during key handover.

Poor customer service during service/MOT. Gave opportunity for a follow up to complete work not done, told would be 'looked after' on price which turned about to be £40 (I had to basically beg for an extra £20). Wish I'd taken it to local garage.

The whole process was not easy. No one answered the phone when I rang to book and the call back took 6 days. They didn't do one of the jobs I requested so we had to go elsewhere the next day

Was told it would be an express service (2 hrs) but ended up being 3 and a half hours. I waited for this service as I live 45 mins away. Not ideal
