Below adverage service. £571 for a service and you checked every aspect of the car to try and upsell anything that needs fixing but then cba to even put air in the tyres when the light was on.

Very likely. It was very easy to book my car in for its required works. The Service Advisor I was assigned (Rosie) was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and attentive. The customer service was perfect and faultless.

I booked my car in, I explained to the guy on reception that my rear tyres were low and he said they would be checked in the winter health check. Waited for car longer than previous years, when I got in the car to drive home they had not been done!
