The team at the center were able to go through every aspect of a relatively long distance sale, helpful and communicative they got me the mini I wanted in time for when I needed it.

Communication was very poor. Lots of contradictions between staff. Commitments was made to keep me updated as the service team recognised it had been poor & then continued to be poor and comms and ensuring all the work was actually done

I was called to collect my car. I was kept waiting whilst four members of staff tried to find paperwork. There was no else waiting. They said they would email paperwork to me. I am still waiting one week later.

From initial enquiry the experience was great. Never felt we were pushed into any decisions on extras. Great to have the app keeping me up to date on the production. Great experience on collection too
