Jo was very friendly and welcoming! Jo put me at ease straight away and was very helpful from start to finish. I had lots of questions which Jo took the time to answer. Everything was very smooth and efficient.

The service provided was very good. A problem with a warning light on the instrument panel was investigated with diagnostic tests. Unfortunately I wasn't told that my car wouldn't be ready at the time arranged and I had to wait for over an hour.

Staff were pleasant and helpful. Only reason it was not a five is that my car had a new tyre and when driving away, the tyre pressure was incorrect and I needed to stop at a fuel station.

The experience level at Mini has been fantastic in the past. On this occasion everything seemed hard work and like an inconvenience. From checking in at reception to chasing up on for outcomes.

Below adverage service. £571 for a service and you checked every aspect of the car to try and upsell anything that needs fixing but then cba to even put air in the tyres when the light was on.
